I am motivated by great colleagues and a nice team, scientific challenges, unexpected results and the beauty and complexity of natural resources.
My favourite moment in the office/lab are when a long-standing question can finally be answered, when we learn something new or find something unexpected in our work, when we are having fun as a group, and when colleagues become friends.
