I am motivated by my ideas, sometimes a little crazy, that come to life and prove me right at times, preferably over a cup of espresso.
My favourite moment in the office/lab is when the flow systems run smoothly, reactions look promising, and the instruments finally cooperate, all within a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
