I contribute to the team with recombinant protein expression in bacteria and yeast; Biochemical enzyme characterisation; Protein engineering (non-heme iron oxygenases); non-canonical amino acid incorporation in vivo.
I am motivated by doing great science, helping my lab mates and having fun while working together coming up with crazy ideas and then finding realistic ways to make them come true.
My favourite moment in the office/lab is hilariously mislabeled lab preparations/reagents.
